Kelsie Felton
Kelsie Felton is a senior at Brooke High School. This is her first year as a staff member of The Babbling Brooke. She enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her family and her friends. She is a four-year letterman on the varsity cheerleading team. After graduating from high school, she plans to attend West Virginia University and major in early elementary education.

Angela Tober
Angela Tober was brought into the world on September 22, 1994 and is a junior at Brooke High School. In her free time, Angela likes to swim and fish (as long as the weather is agreeable), and also to read, listen to music, walk, and eat. After graduating from high school, Angela hopes to attend a four-year college and become a history teacher.

Ali Crawford
Ali Crawford is a senior at Brooke High School and has been part of The Babbling Brooke staff for two years. She is a member of the varsity volleyball and track teams. Ali is also president of the French Club and the Paws & Claws Club. In her free time, Ali enjoys art, writing, photography, and reading. Ali has taken French classes throughout her four years at Brooke High and plans to continue using the French language in her future career. Ali plans to participate in track and field at either West Virginia Wesleyan College or Monmouth University (NJ), where she plans to major in international business with the hopes of traveling abroad.

Janna Bright
Janna Bright, a junior at Brooke High School, is in her second year of writing for The Babbling Brooke. She is infamous for her propensity to make random sounds at the worst possible times. She also enjoys karate chopping other people and braiding their hair. She says she doesn’t dislike anyone and is an interesting human being. She is unsure of her plans for college, but knows that she wants to major in communications and special education.

Ciara Chiodo
Ciara Chiodo is a senior at Brooke High School and has been part of The Babbling Brooke staff for two years. She enjoys interesting people and being spontaneous. She has played many sports in the past, but says she would rather be stuck in a bear trap than watch any sport on television. The majority of her time is spent shopping, venturing on long drives, and exercising. Her plans for the future include attending Marshall University and purusing a degree in business management. She plans to open her own tattoo shop.

Michelle Woodstuff
Michelle Woodstuff is currently a sophomore at Brooke High School. This is her first year writing for The Babbling Brooke. She resides in Wellsburg, WV, where she spent her earliest years, as well. She lives at home with her parents, Mike and Deb Woodstuff, her dog, Lady, her cats, Lupin and Pippin, and three nameless frogs. Her favorite subject is English. In her free time, Michelle draws, reads, watches television, plays PS3 and Wii, and occasionally does archery and target shooting. She reads mainly fantasy novels, but she enjoys almost any fictional book. Most of the video games she plays are role-playing games that usually involve slaying monsters. Michelle is also part of the Brooke High School Swim Team. This is her second year on the team, and she plans to participate in the sport through her senior year. She is alos a member of the Brooke High School Concert Band, where she plays the alto saxophone. She doesn’t enjoy cooking much, but at times she can be found baking a pie or making cookies.

Lindsey Willis
Lindsey Willis is a junior at Brooke High School and has written for The Babbling Brooke for two years. Her favorite subjects in school are English and algebra. She is involved in Ohio Valley Tonight, a talk show created by the high school’s Drama Club. Outside school, she volunteers her time with the local Elks Club. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys reading, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.

Brice Hickey
Brice Hickey is a junior at Brooke High School. This is Brice’s first year of writing for Th Babbling Brooke, and he is predominantly a sports journalist. He plays basketball and golf, so Brooke High athletics is a subject that interests him greatly. In addition to going to school and writing for the paper, Brice spends his spare time playing the drums and hanging out with his friends.

Juliet Casinelli
Juliet Casinelli, editor-in-chief of The Babbling Brooke, is a junior at Brooke High School. She is a member of the varsity soccer, basketball, and track teams at the school. Juliet is also a member of the debate and speech teams. From Follansbee, Juliet is part of a huge Italian family, with whom she spends most of her time. In her free moments, she loves to bake, read, write, and listen to music. On a bad day, a long drive with blaring music clears her head. She plans to attend a four-year college and major in education.

Kameron Miller
Kameron Miller is a junior at Brooke High School. She was born in Wheeling and now lives in Wellsburg, WV. She is an only child, but she has one dog and two kittens as pets. Her favorite colors are lime green and purple. She plays for the school’s varsity soccer and tennis teams. A principal’s honor roll student, her favorite subject is math. In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and running. After college, she hopes to become a chemical or nuclear engineer and to open her own animal shelter.

Emily Yost
Emily S. Yost, adviser of The Babbling Brooke, is in her fifth year of teaching at Brooke High School. A native of Steubenville, Ohio, she attended Franciscan University, earning her Bachelor of Arts in 2004 and her Master of Science in Education in 2009. In addition to mass communication, she teaches English 12, AP English Literature and Composition, and Fantasy Literature. She teaches private flute lessons, plays in a local community band, and enjoys playing in the orchestra for musicals in both Steubenville and Wellsburg. She enjoys bike rides, long runs at Union Cemetery, sewing, scrapbooking, and catching up on her reading in the little spare time she has. She is a notoriously bad cook.
